Project priorities

The project will maintain a balance between a high-level proof of concept (PoC) and detailed development, focusing on core functionalities while keeping additional features flexible.

Key functionalities such as in-store navigation, consumer behavior analytics and AI integration, like a recommendation system, will undergo full development. Other features, such as AR, will be developed as optional extensions.
